Supreme Court Dismisses Okiya Omtatah’s Appeal Against Implementation of The Finance Act 2023

The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal filed by Busia Senator Okiya Omtatah and others against the implementation of the Finance Act 2023.

In the verdict delivered on Friday, the Apex Court ruled that it has no jurisdiction to entertain the appeal, adding that it’s not convinced that the decision of the Court of Appeal occasioned grave injustice to warrant its jurisdiction.
